Payment Options

Tesla Fire Systems is committed to providing a secure and seamless checkout experience. We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• Interac e-Transfer: Available for Canadian customers.
• Express Checkout: We offer accelerated checkout options through Link by Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. These payment methods use the default shipping address associated with your device or selected payment method.
• Buy Now, Pay Later: We offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Afterpay. You will be redirected to their secure website to complete the application and payment process. Financing approval and terms are subject to each provider’s eligibility requirements and conditions.
• Business Credit Terms: Net 15 and Net 30 payment terms are available for qualified business customers. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to our credit application review and terms and conditions.

All online transactions are processed through a secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateway to protect your personal and payment information.

All prices and payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Shipping & Processing

We understand that fire safety equipment is essential, and we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.

Certain products, custom-built items, special-order products, and large freight shipments may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email from FedEx containing your tracking information. You will also receive ongoing shipment updates directly from FedEx throughout the delivery process.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends, statutory holidays, carrier delays, weather-related interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Sales Tax

In accordance with applicable federal and provincial legislation, Tesla Fire Systems collects sales tax on all orders purchased within or shipped to Canada.

Taxes are calculated based on the applicable rate for the province or territory where the order is delivered. Sales tax is applied to the total order value, including the cost of goods and any applicable shipping charges.
